It''s no secret that hospitality has had a tough time recently. The Burnt Chef Project is at the forefront of ensuring that our great profession continues to grow in a sustainable and healthy manner.
Kris Hall founded The Burnt Chef Project in May 2019 after 12 years in the trade and set about raising awareness for mental health. Over time The Burnt Chef Project has continued to grow as a not-for-profit and continues to support the 3.2 million strong hospitality family with their mental health and wellbeing whilst building the capability of owners, line managers and employees by providing training.
