Marco De Simone is the Restaurant manager of Ting at Shangri-La, The Shard, London, and Vice Chair of the Institute of Hospitality Youth Council.
De Simone was a Semi-Finalist at The Gold Service Scholarship and finalist at the Purple Umbrella Awards 2021 for Best Level 3 Apprentice.
